How long does shipping take?
USPS/EMS/DHL Delivery is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 7-15 days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware ldubl shipping facility is closed on weekends.
1.) DHL Express (Recommended) which will arrive in 3-7 business days (Tracking and insurance provided) (excluding processing time)
2.) USPS/EMS International Mail (6-18 days Tracking provided. USPS shipments come with the package’s customs number indicating when the package leaves us. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country’s import laws before using USPS*
What does UA or Unauthorised Authentic mean?
All our sneakers & clothing & watches are Unauthorized Authentic or also known as UA, that means they are the same exact product you’d get in a retail store, with the same box, wrapping, zip-tie, and even extra laces/accessory (if any). However they are not meant for resell purposes as these are all left over parts within the sneaker industry that were not meant for reselling purposes, also known as surpluses which is no longer considered “authentic” even though the same. Do i have to pay customs for international orders?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unless our *Parcel insurance coverage is bought as an “add on” option during checkout.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, (est 30-50 dollar/euro) as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, ldubl does its best to under declare the product amount to make sure if tax is incurred to be at its minimal.
What could cause a delay in my order?
- If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately.
- Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification immediately!
- If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not a fraud.
Will my friends or anyone be able to call me out for wearing “fakes”?
The great news is that the answer is also NO. After over 4 years of experience building a strong network of hype-beast reviewers and premium supply, UAPLG.com do our very best to make every single element of the item we sell here completely identical to what you will get in retail, that includes details when shining under light/UV light, box, soles, zip ties and anything related… (Yes, we’re that good) With that said, you can confidently rock out anything you shop with us!
Will I be able to track my order?
After an order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Upon confirmation, you will be receiving an email that confirms your order has been shipped out and is heading your way, inside that email, you will be able to find a tracking ID within 3-4 business days once your order is dispatched if tracking status does not show any status at the moment, kindly allow a few more days for any new information to load.
What is the UAPLG confirmation number?
Immediately after placing your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a reference number you can use to enquire on your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.
What methods of payment are accepted?

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
ldubl accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please submit a dispute on our Make A Dispute.
*Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on backorder).*
A 15% returning fee will be incurred on refund orders due to errors not caused by us. All refunds will be given in-store credits for future purchases unless mentioned.
What does each order come with?
Every item purchased on www.ldubl.com comes with an extra layer of box properly wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and stock x tags with certificates subject to availability only. Ensuring you receive you order in top quality condition.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Is My Personal Information Safe?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us which is why we make sure to follow the highest of industry standards to ensure your personal information remains secure when you make a purchase through our site.
