COVID-19 DELIVERY NOTICE
Dear ldub users
We are currently experiencing high volume requests on tracking statuses and delivery updates. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing effects have been dominating and disrupting almost every business all around the world that includes online businesses too, simply due to logistical reasons. Flight restrictions globally have a heavy impact on major shipping couriers such as DHL or FedEx, this also means stricter customs clearance and priority measures are being taken for external medical supplies which have slowed down the export progress of other goods tremendously.
After receiving your tracking information through email, the status may display “Shipment Information Received”, and have not been updated since, some of you might have called your local shipping courier hotlines and were told that your shipment has not yet been picked up by them and that their operations are as usual. However, the reality of the current situation is that the local dispatching facilities and warehouses from our end are stockpiled with plenty of consignments & parcels waiting to be dispatched out daily and have been highly limited due to flight limitations mentioned above.
Furthermore, since the beginning of March, international shipping rates have also sky-rocketed more than double the usual prices. We have done our best to absorb additional fees as much as possible to keep our business running yet maintaining our belief in making streetwear affordable for everyone. This shows how much we value your business and appreciate your continued patience.
